Found some tomatoes lying around so I decided to make myself some nice breakfast.
(Woke up at 7pm and breakfast at 8pm)
So, Tomato and egg stir-fry or xihongshi chao jidan is a chinese dish that I really like. I didn't know about this until a few years ago I saw it on Korean TV show. At first, I wasn't sure if I was gonna like it because it stir frying tomato and eggs seemed kinda strange at first but when I tried it, it immediately became one of my favourite foods.
Recipe: Egg: x2, Tomato: x2, Green Onion: x1, Soy Sauce: x1 tsp, Oyster Sauce: x1 tsp, Sugar: x1 tsp, Salt: x1/4 tsp, Sesame oil: x1 tsp, Cooking Oil: x1 Tbsp
